Why We Are Collecting Your Information

The Federal Rules governing class actions require the best notice practicable. To accomplish this, we are collecting mailing addresses and e-mail contacts for as many authors and publishers as possible. This webpage is not the official court-approved notice. It is a voluntary tool to submit your preferred contact information so we can ensure you receive the formal notice when it is sent if you are a member of the Class.

Submitting your information here does not make you a member of the Class. But, if you are a member of the class, submitting your information will help us direct formal notice of the class action at the appropriate time.  This form is not a claim form.  There are no current deadlines for Class Members to do anything in this action.  We will update this website as deadlines are set and approved by the Court.  

What Happens When You Submit Your Information

• Your name, mailing address, and e-mail will be stored on a secure database maintained by JND Legal Administration.
• The information will be used only for providing court-authorized notices and other case-related communications.
• It will not be shared publicly. Submitting your information does not affect your legal rights in any way.
