Fairness Hearing April 23, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PST | Status: Upcoming | Explanation: The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing to decide whether to approve the settlement. The hearing will be on April 23, 2026 at 12:00 PT at the San Francisco Federal Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Ave., Courtroom 12 – 19th Floor. Because the settlement of a class action decides the rights of all members of the Class, the Court must give final approval to the Settlement before it can take effect. Payments will only be made if the Court approves the Settlement and any appeals are resolved. At the Final Approval Hearing, the Court may, at its discretion, listen to Class Members who have asked to speak at the hearing. The date and time of the Final Approval Hearing is subject to change without further notice to the Settlement Class, so please check this website for updates. For more information, see FAQ 47, When and where will the Court decide whether to approve the Settlement?. |
